Products in Menu are NOT updating

1. Under the Medu item ' Health and Beauty': I have delted the 'Eye, Face & Lips' subcategory from sub menu 'Makeup Tools'.

But this subcategory still appears in the site.

2. Under 'Jewelry' Menu, I have added 4 products. In the WP login site, it is showing 4 products.

But when I access the site in the browser, it is showing only 2 products under 'Jewelry' menu.
How to resolve this?

1. There is no 'Eye, Face & Lips' subcategory on your website.
2. There are 4 items shown in Jewelry category. Please find the screenshot attached.
