product images are not visible when imported

Hi,
I am using direct import using alidropship chrome extension. I am having couple of issues while importing products
1. direct import using alidropship chrome extension does not work properly most of the time. when I click an individual product to import it takes for ever to import
2. and even if imported the product images including thumbnail is not visible
Please help

A number of reasons, one could be your connection. Check if images are yet to be imported.
