Problems of slowness and loading + Imports go to Public

Hi,

We are starting to use the plugin after configurate all.

We have two problems here:

1.- when importing various products at the same time, for example if we import 20 products, only 3 or 4 are loaded. The pugin still "thinking" for always and no more products are imported.
Additionally, depending of the PC / navigator, we have problems for to see the aliplugin top bar. This take various minutes in appears in product pages..

2.- all products are imported and Published automatically. This is serious because is not a good way when the web will be open.
We hope the products be imported as Drafts, but we can't find a option for this.

1. Just import 1 at a time. You have to edit all of it anyway, so no need to rush. Also only works on Chrome with proper pages and AliExpress logged in.

2. yes. I move them to trash temporarily. If you move them just to Draft and you run a product update all will be moved to published if they are in stock.

Hello, jmgualda!

1. That can happen when you open some tabs at the same time. You should import products one by one, as @mduncanvm has already said, or import products in bulk.
2. All imported products are in Import List and aren't published without your participation. The only way when a product from AliExpress is published is if you press Publish button in Edit. 1 (6).png

Hi,

Thank you for the answers.

First, we solved the time / loads problems due to our browser and wordpress cache. The plugin works fine and fast now.

Second, we are not using the Publish button. We always use Add to Import List.
But we already found the problem. As we are administrators we can see the products in the store, but if we log off of wordpress and see the web as normal customers we can't see the imported products.

So, the only problem is we are new in wordpress :)
