Yes, my theme is up to date. On the browser I use chrome but I've tested it on others.

You have a child theme installed on your website. Please make sure you've set it up correctly.

We can't provide support for child themes as, basically, they are third-party products. You can switch to the parent theme to check if the issue persists.
