Problem with payment

Hi,

I recently had a problem with a order I made on aliexpress that I've never had before.
So I use the same card as I use to all my orders(from paxum) but in this order I got a message to appeal to this order by sending my CC documents and other documents for verification and they close my order. Basically it as been 4 days since my client made the payment and I sent them the documents and still being verified.
I've speak today with support and they told me two more day. Aliexpress support is known by their slow way to solve problems. Anyone have had the same problem? Any ways to speed up this? I really need to send this item to the buyer

Thanks for the link. it's good to keep in mind that suppliers can change things on the dime. And to be aware that your source (Ali-Express) can remove your account at any time too. This is why multiple income streams are important. What happens if AliExpress shuts down tomorrow? Rhetoric questions...Good things to keep in mind.
