Problem with alidrooship support

Hi everyone. Is anyone having problems with getting a reply from the support team at alidrooship ?? I have emailed them many times and no answe.r. I only had one hour sleep last night as I was trying to work out how to download the correct plugin from sellvua to install to my store I am all alone here in Australia with no one to help me. I am just about ready to give up on this while dropshipping business I am so frustrated. I just don’t know what to do Regards deb

Could you please tell me what exactly plugin do you need? Could you send here a screenshot of the problem you faced during a plugin installation?
