Problem when paypal payment

Hi!
I noticed that recently when the buyer pay with paypal the Assign cents is not working.
I explain:
The price of an item is 19.99$ (Assign cents is 99) in the sale page and at the cart page is good but when we go to paypal checkout page the price change to 29.00$ !!!
This a recent bug, because everything was ok!!

Yep probably a bug. But first check your settings and try to clear the cache in both your website and your server.
