Pricing formula

I've tried setting the pricing formula to a manual one however it's not working. I put in the multiplier and then I put in then put in the amount, and an additional +2. When I update, it applies to all products along the progress bar. When I check, the prices are all the same. Nothing has changed regardless of what I do with my formula. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

Do I need to reset all prices first, then apply the new formula? I thought the new formula would override the old?

Can anyone assist?

It's okay I figured it out, I just needed to change priority order.
