Price in shop differs from price in shopping cart?

When I did a test and added several items to my shopping cart, all the prices are different than what the price is in the store. Why is this and how do I fix it?

I've already tried updating and resetting the price markup several times and nothing works...

Hello, could you please give us an example of these different prices? we need screenshots and make sure that you use the latest version of plugin and theme.

I think it's working now. I'm not sure what I did to fix it though. I think I just changed the interval to 15 min updates instead of twice daily and that might have fixed it? ...no idea
