Pop up to collect user email

How to create pop-up to collect email from a user who just entered the site? I want to create something like this:
1. The user enters the site.
2. 2-3 sec after that pop-up coming out offering discount code 10%
3. The user enters his email to receive the code.
4. Submit.
5. I collected the email on the back end.

I mainly use ConvertPlus from CodeCanyon but you'll need much simpler plugins so I would search the plugin directory for popup and see what you like.
