Plugin does not pick up product variant being purchased

Someone bought some items from my store and I go to Place Order Automatically and the plugin says variant not found, then it goes skip, then it goes added then it goes this product is not available for purchase. Im confused. Then I click continue and it takes me to aliexpress and Im not sure what to do there. I thought I would then search for the products and I found them and went to add to cart and nothing would appear in the aliexpress cart. The plugin kept saying - product already added - like it is already added to the shop. But Im not there to add them to the bloodi shop but to buy them for a customer.
If I click on Continue shopping I then get a list of my past customers addresses ... well its not for them its for a new customer. It is like a nightmare. Has anyone really tested this at all from the alidropship team ?

And when I go to manually fulfill the order - immediately the products that were bought by the customer show up right away in aliexpress

And why does the plugin say variation not found when products are all available from aliexpress when I click on manually fulfill order

And if they are really not on aliexpress then why would the plugin not remove them as in its auto-update process (or does that really work)

It is so weird a real time waster

So what is going on and hope I get an answer this year

Hello, if you changed the name of variation and plugin failed to match it with a current one on AliExpress - you see the notification that variation is not found.
Can you PM me your order link with that issue and your WP login credentials? I will check.

Nah we dont ever change names of variations the only thing we change are titles.
I actually followed it through and the variant actually wasnt there so I ended up manually looking for the similar product and ordered them manually for the customer. The thing is .. doesnt the plugin run a process to remove variants that are no longer available from aliexpress ?
Im making excuses to tell customers because they paid and we both didnt know that the variants are no longer available

set the option you want to use in AliDropship -> AliExpress -> Updates

To check your issue I need a link to that order and your WP login credentials.

i set it to disable/enable and am now running update of all products .... over 700 products so far might take time
