Did you update automatically from WP-Admin>Plugins, or did you download it yourself? If so ... is it the correct PHP version?

I've got a call from my hosting provider and they said my server is on fire. (just kidding).
the plugin when it's active has mixed feeling.
it displays a blank home page, the footers don't show up either and if you navigate to the shop page, not all the products will show up. And once it gave me a 500 error.
I'm running php 7.2 with plugin 7.2+

Apart from trying 7.1, it's difficult to guess any further without looking at your Admin. You could give your WP-Admin URL, username and password to support@alidropship.com and let them have a look.
