Plugin activation message confirmed but no access

Hi,
I have successfully uploaded plugin and activation confirmed, however I am returned to Wordpress Licence Key page when I select Aliexpress plugin functions from WP dashboard.

I have a set up a demo account on Flywheel's live server for development mode. They provide a temporary web address and the site stays in private mode prior to launch. Ioncube was activated by service provider and rolled back WP version to ensure compatibility. Just cant access plugin functions.
