please i delite this menu with out wanted how do i put it back to it plece please

1. Go to Appearance>Menus
2. Click the "Create new menu" link" at the top of the Edit Menus Tab.
3. Give it a name e.g "Main Menu"
4. On the left, click "Product Categories" then click "View all"
5. Tick the boxes next to all the categories, then at the bottom click "Add to Menu
6. For the "Sale" and "New in" ... I don't know where they are. Are they categories? If so they will be there in the same place.
7. Click "Save Menu"
8. Click the "Manage Locations" tab at the top.
9. Select the menu you just made and to the right of that, select it's location (probably main menu also)
10. Click "Save Changes"
Note: If "Product Categories" are not showing on the left, click "Screen Options" at the top right of the page. A dropdown menu will appear. Tick the "Product Categories" checkbox, then click "Screen Options" again to hide the Screen Options drop-down.
