Paypal protection or anti fraud

Hey

Anybody know which plugin to use to protect your store from fake or stolen credit cards payment? Spoke with paypal and they said protection is only eligible if you ship products to paypal addresses. But in your store, customers can fill out shipping addresses. Quite confusing for a buyer and seller... anyone have a suggestion on how to go about this?

Not entirely sure how this plugin works. I was thinking how to enforce paypal protection for my orders. I called paypal and they said that only if shipping address matches paypal will have protection. The reason I asked is because I used to sell on Bonanza. I get tons of fraud from buyers indicating that their credit cards was stolen. Paypal refunded the money... even with any anyi fraud plugin, buyers can still report their card is stolen if the address is not the same as paypal. Anybody know how to enfore paypal address during checkout?
