Payments to merchants

I'm not too sure where to post this question but it does have to do with the payment gateway. Customers pay me and the money is put into my Paypal business account. When I order from Aliexpress, I had to add a Credit card to Alipay. Why can't we use Paypal to pay our merchants?

Paypal is not supported by AliExpress. Some AliExpress sellers accept Paypal payments, but direct payments to the seller is not allowed. If you do, that transaction will not appear in your AliExpress account and you will have problem asking help if anything goes wrong in that transaction. When ordering with AliExpress you use a credit card or any payment mode that is supported. You need to pay within the payment system of AliExpress.
