Not importing variables and images (settings ?)

Hi,

i have a problem with woo plugin.
When i import products it only import description.

It does not import main image , it does not import images to gallery.
Also it does not import variables and stock.

in the knowledge base it takes about settings , but i dont have any of these settings in my woo pluging menu.

Our Knowledge Base is primarily for AliDropship original plugin, not for WOO version. If you give us your WordPress login and password we will check out the issue.

I am getting the same problem...perhaps just a bit better..
All the images are imported nicely except for variable versions. None of the image for the variations are imported. How did you get your problem solved? Please share if you dont mind. Thanks.

Thanks for replying and Im so sorry I was a bit in a hurry and I posted multiple posts for the same issue (I promise I wont again)
Yaros has been kind enough to spend quite a bit of time with me getting the issue solved. so Im good now and happily importing =D
