No product data: productId issue

So I did not use the plugin to import the products. All of my products are manually put in.

So when i go automatic fulfil shipment. this message shows up "No product data: productId issue"
I need this plugin to have an field where I can manually import the url or product ID. Do you understand what im saying, and is this possible?

Hello, you need to import products witht the help of our plugin, otherwise the automated order placing option will not work.

Can you put this manual option in there? as you know sometimes the products get out of stock or same product with lower price comes out.
