Hello , if you use WooCommerce it could be a theme issue. Please try to switch to another theme.
If no, we need more information from you to tell what might be the issue.

yes I use woocommerce. I use it with the same theme on other sites without the plugin with no problems.

yes I use woocommerce. I use it with the same theme on other sites without the plugin with no problems.
