New variation of products disappears

When I import a new profuct with variations everything is okay.
But as soon as I add a new variation to an existing product it will be shown for a second in my shop and then the new variantion disappears.

I already deleted cache but the problem still exists...

Edit: new variation has a quantity of 0. I can change the quantity to > 0 (then it's normally visible) but it won't be updated with the update function.

Hello , manually added variations will not be updated. Variations with a 0 quantity are not visible on a site.
