Hello, I really need help. We were wondering why the pictures of each product were gone all of the sudden.
We recently purchased the Custom Basic Package, our account Manager Nadya said it was all done yesterday. However, we were experiencing issues with our website. Each picture or contents of the products were gone.

We are hoping we could get some help in restoring the pictures for each product.

there are actually new updates for plugins and the latest version of Wordpress as well as the translation and yet I did not update it.
do I need to update it now? could it be possible for the error?

Yes, we always recommend to update to the latest version of plugin, theme and WP.
