I'm using Michelangelo and I'm setting up my blog. Just have some points and questions. Any help would be great!

- Initial setup shows DaVinci placeholder graphics. Not a problem but something to note.
- Contact form: How do I set this up? The instructions on the help centre miss this step. I've made a clunky html opt in form using Mailpoet, but it lacks the finesse of the default one.
- Suggestion / request: please can we have on unified method of dealing with emails. Abandoned cart, the built in cart email system, contact subscription foot and the blog form all have different setups, which means email template aren't consistent.
