Menu is NOT working properly

Hi,

This is 3rd time, i am posting regarding the menu items in my site: www.notablefashion.com

1. On the home page, when i click on 'Bags' menu item, the item count under Bags is showing as (2). But when i click on 'Bags(2)' then it is showing the Bags count as 21, which is correct.
Even though the bags count is 21, whey it is showing as 2.

2. Same issue with Cardigans, Pull Overs
Women Clothing --> Outwear & Sweaters --> Cardigans
Cardigans count is showing as 12. But when i click on 'Cardigans (12)', none of the Cardigans are displaying under this category.

This is repeated issue for Cardigans, Trench, Pull Over etc...

3. Under 'Health & Beauty' --> Makeup Tools... i don't have sub category 'Eyes, Face, Lips (23)'
Why this item is showing???

Hello,
Once again, I was unable to reproduce the first two error. There are 21 bags available in Bags category, 17 cardigans in Cardigans subcategory. Please PM me your up-to-date WP access details.
