Menu error in Davinci theme

Hi,
I cannot get the menu working correctly in the Davinci theme.

The top menu keeps showing up, even when it's not selected in the menu setting.
How can I get rid of this top menu?

If you're talking about the one in the centre of the pic ... that looks like the "Main" menu with one category to me. The "Top" menu is the horizontal one along the top.

So which one are you talking about?

I mean the top menu should not be there since it's not selected in the menu settings. Please see pictures...
So why is it still showing up? How to get rid of it?

Try: appearance / customize / menus and set locations that way. Might help
