Main Menu + Top Menu conflicts

Attached 2 screen shots.
Desktop Mode and Mobile Mode.
When going to mobile mode the menu auto change to top menu. Which is strange. What is the problem or I am missing any setting?

This is how mobile menu works in the DaVinci theme. It combines Main menu and Top menu.
