Issue with product features

Hi, I'm having two issues for a week now

1) When I click on Products I get Error 502 Bad Gateway message
2) Also when I try to add new products through the Direct Import the wheel to show it's processing just spins and spins. I can maybe add 1 or 2 then it doesn't work again.

WooCommerce Version 3.3.5
AliDropship Woo Version 0.8.9

Anyone know how I can fix this?

502 i believe is usually a server error. Have you check the error logs or checked with host?
