Tanny, please check if ionCube Loader is enabled on your server. You can get in touch with your hosting support team with the request to activate it on your server.

Just in case you haven't confirmed that Ioncube loader is enabled, enter the following address https://mydomain.com/phpinfo.php and check the bottom of the first part. It should look like this when Ioncube loader is enabled:
