[Issue] Post lost items

I am having a problem with order
My customer emailed me that their local post office lost the item and would compensate if it provided the invoice.
The problem is that if I create an Aliexpress invoice, it will be the real price and the seller information, the Aliexpress logo. This will be difficult to accept by their customers and post offices

Has anyone ever encountered this problem and what is the best solution? Give advice to me and the community
