Is the problem with ioncube for php 7.2 and siteground already solved

I am sorry but it is not solved yet. I am still facing the issue with siteground. Below is the reply from their support which I received couple of hours back -
I managed to resolve the issue with IonCube by setting your public_html directory to work with PHP 7.1. As a result of this, IonCube is correctly loaded for your site. You can verify this with this script. However, it seems that the AliDropship plugin is set to work with PHP 7.2. Upon changing the PHP version to 7.2, your website returns an error. This issue however, seems to be related to the plugin itself. In this case, you can try to download the version of the plugin, compatible with PHP 7.1 or contact the plugin's developer, who would be able to provide you with further assistance on the matter.
