iPad Glitch

I've updated the AD plugin and theme to the very latest versions and I've noticed a major problem with my website when viewing it on an ipad. I've tried both Safari and Chrome and it's showing the same issue on both browsers. As I scroll down the page it won't allow me to scroll and resets to the top everytime?

I have deactivated and tested any plugins which could be causing the issue but it looks like it's a theme problem.
