Importing products only works 5% of the time

When I try to add products from AliExpress it won't show up in my import list, nor my products page. Sometimes it does, but only after I tried around 20 +/- times. My internet is fast enough, so it can't be that. Everything else seems to be working.

Anyone any idea how to fix this? It's kind of the main reason why I bought AliDropship, so it would be a shame if this is unsolvable.
