Imported product prices do not change, unable to change them.

No matter what I do, I'm unable to change the prices of products I import. At this point, after three weeks of trying to figure out if I'm doing anything wrong, I'm beginning to feel I've been defrauded. The plugin does not work as advertised, and I see that there is no actual support. How do I get my money back?

Do you try to change the prices manually or with the price formulas?
