Import reviews doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I am currently experiencing a problem with the import of reviews, it does not work, I try with different options but same result, I also try with the dropship plugin me but still no result.
The progress bar remains stuck at 0% with a displayed item.
I try to disable the antivirus but still nothing.
