Or just right click an image, click "copy" then paste in the product description

How to add a photo to the product description I know. I mean, the product gallery. Not so long ago there was an update where the plugin Ali Woo itself adds external images to the product gallery without uploading them to the server. But how to do it yourself to change several images in the gallery without uploading them to your server?
