Images not importing in plugin

Hello, Since yesterday whenever I import products the images are not being imported. I can see on my wp dashboard that they are stuck. Does anyone know a solution?

I Just purchased the product today and got everything loaded up..My items will not upload either. Please advise. I have called and left a message for someone to call me as I am trying to get up and running.

The normal cart on wheels (orange in color) mine is a gray color and will not do anything
