Images blur on the site (davinci theme)

Hi guys & support team,

I contacted your support team many times through email & chat box but still dont have any reply during 4 recent days. Very dissappointed.

Anyone else here have the same issue like me? Using latest davinci theme and alidropship plug in. I notice that images on the home page & thumbnail of related product look blur. Also check your demo of davinci theme at davinci.alidropship.com and the result is the same, images still look blur.

Guess that davinci theme has a bug with image dimension.

What should i do next?

do you have any image optimazion plugin ??
If yes deactivate and try again.

I have no installed plugin other the Alidropship plugin.
I think it is not related to my setup. I discovered the similar issue with the template provided Alidropship https://newdavinci.alidropship.com/

Anyway if your previous version of theme worked fine, then rollback to that version of the theme!

why you don't move to woocommerce as is allow you more flexibility about the themes.. There million paid and free out there !!
