I have problem setting up payment getaway

Hi I'm a beginner dropahipper I'm trying to setup a payment getaway for my website so I came to register with bluesnap and they asking me for vat Id and my buisness registration number, I have a PayPal buisness account does it provide that or what should I do to get those informations

If you are marroco why not to use stripe?
Is asking you only for id number ,certification documents of where are you living , and you bank account details.

Your account is gonna be new ,untill you prove your are trustfull you gonna get your money in around 2 week.

So you must have your own starting budget beside this amount of income.
