depends, if you already have a woo theme or plugins you want to use, then use woo.
If you are starting out fresh, probably Alidropship.

This is just a suggestion, a lot of users have different opinions, they way I see it, the non-woo version is a complete package with better chance of support and troubleshooting as you ar not bringing a lot of third party plugins and themes in to the mix.
