I am getting frustrated about my import products from AliDrop but it can’t be import now in my woostore

Help!
I’ve been having this problem for few days now. I tried to install and uninstall the plugin but the problem is the same.
From AliDrop I was able to import products to my import list.
but once I click the product to “import now” it isn’t working. Am I doing something wrong? I watch the tutorial so many times but again I couldn’t import anything. Please help
