We do not offer any add-ons designed for such purposes at this point. However, you might want to check Facebook Business if you are interested launching FB dynamic ads campaigns.
i did this via facebook for woocommerce extension, it add my products to my facebook page shop tab, you can find it on facebook business which Ekaterina mention.
