How to skip/bypass the Shipping method Step in Davinci1.0 & Davinci2.0 during checkout?

Since we are offering Free Shipping by default, there is no point in having this step during the checkout, since it divert or distract customers focus from the instant checkout, so How to skip/bypass the Shipping method Step in Davinci1.0 & Davinci2.0 during checkout?

Please suggest how to get this step skipped, where are the settings for it?
