How to set orders to auto complete

hi i did a test order and found out that i had to manually make these orders my self, however from several researches i've done, i see that woo commerce has the option to auto complete these orders, but it seems like this feature is hidden as i've spent some time looking for where i could set this, i also hope it also auto selects e packet shipping,
