how to remove subscription form

I am using DaVinci woo theme and as I am struggling to make it work with mailchimp, ( i followed all the steps, but each time i try to test with an email to subscribe, it send me to the 404page ) so, I want to remove it from the pages ,I turned the toggle off from, Customize -- Blog ---- suscription form , But the field of subscription still appearing on the home pages.

Is different section.

it's working now ,I even made the subscription form working, I pasted the code snippet of mailchimp on the blog subcription form (the wrong one I think), but still didn't understood why there are 2 differente area form subscription.

Because is not in the footer .

One subscription form is on the front page and one in the blog page .
