Hi,

From yesterday one of my websites's support mail ID is flooded with mails requesting order cancel with fake order no. Have anyone faced this issue?
How should I handle this, should I ignore or give some reply.

Happened with me few months ago. You cannot do anything about it. It's called email spoofing where some fraud sellers use your website name, emails on confirmation, payment receipts etc. to fraud people. The result is people inquiries about not getting their items.
I suggest you to just Ignore those emails, or you will get tired of responding them. Detach your social media pages from your website for a few days until you stop getting those kind of emails. Because those angry people will flood your social media with negative reviews and comments (happened with me). Other than this there can be no harm for your business.

This has been discussed to death ...
Yes but my problem is something different. Some fraudsters used my sites' name in their Logo but the URL was different. People started buying from them but they didn't ship, the angry customers started writing to me asking for order status or cancellation. After some investigation, I found the fraud site and put a notice in my social pages and also wrote to PayPal. Some customers reported it to local authority and Paypal. Now the site not available.
These fraudsters took advantage of covid-19 virus, all the customers ordered toilet papers from them in huge quantity.
This post really is a waste of time ...
I can now understand why people react to you often ;)

I've never faced such a thing. It must be a scam. Please look carefully at the information on the order and the shipping address. If you have this kind of problem, contact a logistics specialist.
Logistics specialists will carefully check your order to make sure it is processed safely, covery.ai is doing just that professionally. By the way, I recommend giving the monitoring of such processes as processing orders to the specialists. They just can prevent the occurrence of fraudulent schemes that ruin the whole business more often and worse than some crises.
