How to Edit/Change item in Order?

Hi, I have an order for 2 items, but 1 item is out of stock, did anyone know how can I change only 1 item in order to make it disappear before I change the status to Shipped?

There's no option to edit or remove the item from the order, I'm sorry.
I assume you can just leave it as it is, there won't be a tracking number, so the shipping details will only be sent for the item that is in stock.
