How I can show checkbox to save user info in review section?

Hi, I can see a checkbox "Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment." in review section. But I am unable to show it in my website. Can any one tell me the setting from where we can show it? In demo theme i can see it as shown in figure. But don't know how to show it on my website.
