How do I correct a misspelled attribute?

I imported a product with the attribute "Color" set to "balck". I tried editing the attribute, but I can't save the change (there's already a Black attribute). If I delete the "balck" variation and add "Black" I lose automatic price and stock updates, and fulfillment, right?

Is it possible to edit the attribute in the wp_adsw_ali_meta table directly? Or will that also break updates and fulfillment?
