I will be setting up an online store in the near future. I have also chosen the products and the suppliers at AliExpres. The communication with the suppliers is very difficult. I do not receive any answers to my questions. I would therefore be very grateful if you could help me further. I would like to know whether the customers send the returns directly to the suppliers or to the retailers and the retailers send them on to the suppliers? Who bears the costs for the returns, the retailers or the suppliers? How does payment for the items work? Do I pay them in advance or after the item is sold? Thanks in advance for the answers.
