Help! A single image replicates in my media library over and over

I've been trying to contact support on this matter but they take forever to answer my messages, soooo I come to you, Dropship Community. My media library has been replicating the same image over and over again. I currently have 1500+ files for the same image (and growing by 2 or 3 each hour). I have tried deactivating all my plugins, deleting the product, deleting all the images. Everything I could think of. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it?
