Genuine question - why does every "sellvia scammed me" post turn out to be a balance stage misunderstanding?

Been reading through this section for a while and I keep noticing the exact same shape of complaint. Someone sees a number on their dashboard, doesn't match what they expected to be able to withdraw, and within two sentences it's "scam" or "stealing my money." Then a few replies later it always turns out to be the same thing: they didn't know commissions sit in reserve for a set period before becoming available, or they hadn't hit the $100 withdrawal minimum yet.

None of this is hidden information. It's explained in the help center, it comes up in onboarding, and a growth manager will tell you the same thing if you actually ask instead of assuming the worst first. I get that coming from a different dropshipping background where payouts work differently can make this confusing at first, but confusion and fraud are not the same thing, and it's wild how many people skip straight to the second one.

Not trying to be harsh for no reason, genuinely just tired of watching the same panic cycle play out every few weeks in this section.

same pattern every time honestly, panic first, read the docs second if at all. i had the exact same confused moment my first month and the help article cleared it up in like two minutes
